Today, I read of even more Democratic Leadership’s early endorsement of the centrist DC Establishment Democratic Party Candidate Hillary Clinton, in all probability to satisfy their wealthy campaign contributors who obviously spurn the working class candidate, Bernie Sanders, who refuses to accept large campaign contribution from wealthy corporate America:


It looks very much at this particular time, that the Democratic Party candidate is going to be the usual centrist DC Establishment candidate, Hillary Clinton, and the liberal progressive working Middle Class and Poor candidate, Bernie Sanders, has been thrown under the bus as a ‘democratic socialist’ enemy of Wall Street, that the centrist DC Establish Democrats feel are essential to ‘finance’ the Democratic Party Cause, which ultimately is the “Negotiate, Compromise, Exist, and Win a Pittance” Party.

And, the results will in all probability be the same as 2000 and 2004, low voter turnout; working Middle Class and Poor, liberal progressive Democrats, will not go to the polls and vote or will vote for Nader the nation will be led in 2016, by a Republican President Rubio, or President Trump, or yet another President Bush (Jeb Bush, same song, third verse, could be better but gonna be worse).

God bless you Bernie Sanders, you did everything right but the Citizens United U.S. Supreme Court crucified you and the working American liberal progressives. America is doomed to a Twenty-First Century Feudal System, of Plutocrats and Peasants.

The problem of the American two party system is that because of the Electoral College of the 1787 US Constitution, Americans do not have a clear choice of President and to vote at all, they are required to compromise principles that are essential to their own survival; traditionally, one third of American voters DO NOT VOTE IN A PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION. That one third of voters who do not vote are liberal progressives who have no candidate for whom to vote. Dollars reign!

Today, I read on ‘facebook’ Jeb Bush’s praise for his brother’s response to America’s tragic bin Laden Terrorist attack on September 11, 2001; I felt obligated to respond.


Jeb, your father’s callus defiling of Saudi Arabian Muslim Holy Land in 1991 by putting a U.S. Military base there, over the objection of 1.8 billion Muslims, was disgraceful, and the fact that it was the cause of bin Laden’s heinous attack, put the blood of Americans on September 11 directly on President George H. Bush’s hands, even though it did not excuse bin Laden.

Your Father’s Desert Storm was strictly for the benefit of Corporate America’s foreign investments and oil, while it was the children of America’s working Middle Class and Poor that fought and died in Desert Storm, Afghanistan, and Iraq.

Your brother’s invasion of the sovereign State of Afghanistan that had no part in the Saudi Arabian terrorist bin Laden’s attack, was equally disgraceful and the blood of innocent Afghan men, women, and children from “carpet bombing” of Afghanistan, where there were no military targets, as well as the Americans who were wounded and died there, is on the hands of your brother, President George W. Bush.

And you Jeb, and your Project for the New American Century, deliberately and publicly orchestrated the disastrous Invasion of Iraq, so your hands are covered with the blood of Americans who died in Iraq, the Iraqis who have died in your war, and for the Iraq civil war that still rages in Iraq.

Personally, I am sick of the whole Bush family’s wars of aggression for the benefit of Corporate America and I am ashamed of the chaos, death, and disaster you have caused.

In Europe, I have seen the shame that you have brought to America, and I have seen the hatred for America that you have created. And, every day I see the hatred you have created in America for men, women, and children of the Muslim faith.

Shame on the Bush name; your brother cannot even travel to Europe without fear of being subpoenaed for crimes against humanity. If Americans knew what all the rest of the world knows, you would not be able to show your face in America.

Today, I read a statement condemning democratic socialism as a “free stuff” agenda!

Socialism is not a “free Stuff” agenda, instead socialism is why government exists and it is the only purpose of having a government. A society has a government only for the purpose of “providing for all citizens those things for which those citizens cannot provide for their self as individuals”.

A government provides a socialistic Army for security, socialist roads and highways for travel, socialistic public schools for education, a socialistic postal system for communications, socialistic fire and police departments for protection, socialistic Social Security for survival in old age, socialistic Medicare and Obamacare for reliable health care insurance, and socialistic everything and anything that an individual citizen cannot do for himself, alone.


But nothing in life is free and individuals pay their share for these services when they pay their taxes. Taxes are the fee you pay for living in a society that cooperates and shares responsibility for the welfare of all its members. Or as the U.S. Constitution says, ““We the People in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure the domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”

The Webster Dictionary definition of capitalism is: “An economic system characterized by private or corporate ownership of capital goods, and by prices, production and distribution of goods that are determined mainly by competition in a free market.”

However, in a democracy, a business or corporation is regulated by government and goes into business only with the approval of government of, by, and for the People and a business license issued by that government to provide the best possible goods or services for other citizens of the governing unit for a price that covers expense of production and a profit for the owner.

Capitalism is not mentioned in the U.S. Constitution but the People’s property Rights are protected by Article IV: “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”

The Constitutional protection of property Rights would appear to provide for the Right of citizens to profit from his own ingenuity and creativeness.

Unfortunately for the people, too much of American capitalism tends to consist of businesses that go into business primarily only to make profits and they thus provide the cheapest possible services and goods for the People, in order to provide the greatest possible profits for the business.

As for the competition for sales, American competition tends to be competition to the ruin and end of competitors, so that the winning business has a monopoly and can charge any damn price they want.

Monopolies occur primarily because the government does not properly regulate business or business lobbies government to eliminate the regulation of business.

It so happens that a very few corporate conglomerates have a monopoly on the main stream news media and own, control, and edit (censor) all main-stream news media. And since the news media profits only from advertising by Corporate America, and are not at all dependent upon consumers for their profits.

Furthermore, the news media has the Constitutional first Amendment “Freedom of the Press” permitting the news media to lie and misrepresent news with impunity.

Thus, Corporate America is thus able to control the minds of the population and voters and Corporate America is extremely powerful in American government and business.

Democratic socialism is not, a socialist “free stuff” agenda; and American capitalism is not a viable alternative to democratic socialism.

Today I read, “How Government Killed the Medical Profession” by Doctor Jeffry Singer:

Here is a little note of interest and enlightenment for you, Doctor Jeffrey A. Singer; you live in the same society that I do and the same society that 350 million other Americans do and we are all required to abide by rules.

So, you brag about being a doctor of medicine which allows you to practice medicine to heal other citizens of our society, who are ill, diseased, and are required by law to pay large fees for your services to heal, from their more often, more meager salaries that are paid them in exchange for their hard labor; further, you seriously believe that this is a ‘privilege’ that you deserve while living and working in our American society.

In the same breath, you loudly complain about our American society’s government establishing rules about your ‘profession’ relative to how you practice your profession and provide limits on fees that you can charge for your services.


Let me explain to you that the ‘government’ of our society that you are complaining about, like any and all governments, exists for one and only one purpose, and that purpose is to provide for WE CITIZENS collectively, all those things that we cannot provide for ourselves as individuals. This is the definition of government and it is written in the Preamble to the U.S. Constitution. There is no other purpose for government.

And in the case of the Government of the United States of America, it is a democratic Republic, and government of the People, by the People, and for the People.

You are ‘allowed’ to practice medicine in our society, ONLY because We the People have granted you a license to practice medicine in our society according to our rules of law, determined by our society and our government elected by the People. You do not make rules for the People, the government of the People makes rules for you to follow.

Our U.S. Constitution provides liberty for you and all Americans, called the ‘Bill of Rights’; the Bill of Rights protects you and every other American from the tyranny of the majority. However, your Rights are absolutely limited to the extent that your freedom does not infringe upon the freedom of any other citizen of the United States of America.

Therefore, I am not impressed with your belly-aching about my American society and my government making rules relative to the practice of medicine in America. Personally, I believe every living being should have a Right to life and to medical care.

Your practice of medicine in our society is not your privilege; you are permitted to practice medicine only because ‘We the People’ have granted you a ‘license’ to practice medicine following the rules of our Democratic Republic.

Somewhere in your medical training you missed the most important aspect of medical practice; you practice medicine only at the will of, We the People.

About the Democratic Presidential candidates’ debate, I see it quite differently than the pundits that I have read, have seen it.

For one thing, the pundits all have a stake in the candidates, and that is primarily a stake in the Democratic DC Establishment candidate and long-time favorite, Hillary Clinton. The pundits all want to support a winner.

As I previously stated, my conclusion was that both top candidates, Bernie Sanders and Hillary Clinton did very well making their case, utilizing their advantages, and defending against their projected faults.

Personally, I don’t think there would be much change in the polls for Clinton or Sanders. The other three candidates are not taken seriously for obvious reason, lack of financial and voter support.


Of course as far as I am concerned, the Democratic primary has always been between the more well-known Centrist and DC Establishment Hillary Clinton trying to give the appearance of being liberal progressive this time around, and the relatively unknown but genuine liberal progressive, Bernie Sanders.

The Democratic Party is primarily made up of working Middle Class and Poor who tend to be liberal progressive and if they do not have a liberal progressive candidate nominated, they most often just do not vote for the lesser of two evils in the general election or they vote for a Third Party liberal progressive like Ralph Nader, who made the 2000 election close enough for the Neocon Republican U.S. Supreme Court to decide for W. Bush in the outrageous decision Bush vs. Gore.

In 2004, the liberal progressives did not have a candidate to vote for and just refused to vote, after Centrist and DC Establishment candidate, Sen. John Kerry, threw their liberal progressive candidate, Howard Dean, under the bus.

In 2008, no one gave the Black liberal progressive Barack Obama the chance of a ‘snowball in hell’, of winning the primary away from the favorite Centrist DC Establishment Hillary Clinton; both candidates played their respective parts and Obama drew out the liberal progressive Democratic voters, and won.

Obama’s real challenge in 2008, was getting the Centrist DC Establishment voters out for the general election after having their ego bruised from Hillary’s defeat. And, America elected its first Black President instead of their first female President. Probably, the questionable Republican candidates, McCain and Palin actually won the general election for Obama.

In this 2016 primary, Clinton is playing it differently from the 2008 primary, making every effort to appeal to the liberal progressives without losing the Centrist DC Establishment voters; it is not easy for her. However, she has another distinct advantage, being the potential First Female President of the United States; this election gives every indication of being the year of the woman.

And, I personally had to laugh at one line of Sec. Clinton in the debate; she made the statement, yes I am a moderate but I am also a progressive, but she stopped short of saying ‘liberal’ progressive. I thought that was really playing it very close, and wondered if she just couldn’t say ‘liberal’ or whether it was planned to be strictly cautious, and not use the term ‘liberal’. Overall, Hillary made a good effort at appearing progressive, even if not liberal (I say that jokingly).

It is still early for the 2016 elections. I would make no bets on the Democratic primary at this point.

But, the hill is steep for Sanders to climb; he has to buck the Corporate main stream news media, the Democratic Party Establishment, and wealthy contributors; but he appears to be doing well in getting to the working Middle Class and Poor support by word of mouth and gum-shoeing around the countryside, which is what he has to do to win.

Sanders has to do it all with organizing the voters and without contributions or endorsements or help from the Democratic establishment, to reach the working Middle Class and Poor Democratic voters.

Meanwhile, the Republican Party appears to be doing all it can to elect whoever the Democratic candidate is.

Instead of positive appeal to voters, the Republicans are totally working on negatives like ‘skeletons’ in Clinton’s closet, mostly fabricated, and they have nothing on Sanders except claims he is a socialist because he is defending Social Security, Medicare, the U.S. Postal Service (which is provided for in the U.S. Constitution), and public education at and including the College level. And these are all programs appealing to the working Middle Class and Poor.

Sanders has been criticized for calling the 2016 elections a revolution, which it is, or it is a counter-revolution of the “Citizens United Decision” which had made elections nothing less than purchases by the highest bidders; however, the ‘Citizens United Effect’ is well recognized by the voters and voters have found it disgusting and basically disenfranchising them as voters.

Unfortunately, voters their self do not know how to undo the U.S. Supreme Court’s empowerment of corporations and wealth, however the People will in all probability accept reference to the 2016 elections as a kind of ‘revolution’, in in absence of any other word for it. This might give Sen. Sanders some small advantage over Sec. Clinton.

Whoever the Democrats nominate, will seemingly have an advantage over the caliber of the many Republican nominees, who offer very little for working Americans; but the real challenge for Democrats is the Democratic candidates for Congress and candidates for State offices.

The Democrats are still suffering from the first Citizens United election in the census year 2010, when Republicans successfully won State offices and Gerrymandered Congressional districts; there isn’t a clear remedy for Gerrymandering other than judicial relief, and after eight years of President W. Bush’s judicial appointments and seven years of Republicans filibustering Obama judicial appointments, the courts are politically partisan Neocon Republican.

Another ongoing problem of American government is getting the best qualified citizens to run for office; unfortunately, running for office requires a great sacrifice. Candidates and their families are treated brutally by opposition, often threatened, and successful citizens have to give up a more comfortable and lucrative private life to serve their civic responsibilities as an officer of the Government. It no longer appears to be an honor to serve the People as an elected officer of government.

The terrible state of the Republican Congress and the sorry state of the Republican Party seems to favor the Democrats in the next elections; but the problem of the Democrats will be overcoming the vast spending by corporations and wealthy individuals, in the 2016 elections.

It will be a most interesting election; the question is, will the People participate and vote in 2016 and will the two political parties play their right political game, to win. There are no sure bets in life!

Personally, I am sick and tired of hearing today’s heartless Republicans (not the ‘Grand Old Party’ of yesteryear) talk about lazy Americans getting stuff “free”; it is insulting to me and should be insulting to the American working Middle Class majority.

It is common knowledge that nothing in this world, and particularly America, is free. Anything to the contrary is plain Republican garbage and it is time that all Americans called the Republicans on it, and condemned them for saying it.

What these heartless Republicans are really saying, is that they do not in any way want to contribute to any ‘cooperative’ endeavor that government does to meet the needs of our democratic society, as the U.S. Constitution clearly states that the government was created to do.


In other words, Republicans believe that America was destined to be a nation of blood curdling competition and not cooperation among the People of our democratic Republic, and this is a lie. The U.S. Constitution created a government of the People destined to be cooperative instead of “competition to the death of the weakest”!

The preamble to the U.S. Constitution reads, “We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”

Today’s Republican Party would refute the U.S. Constitution that provided equality of all, the Bill of Rights, and the ‘socialized’ U.S. Post Office of the People (U.S. Constitution, Article I, Section 8).

Nowhere does the U.S. Constitution mention ‘capitalism’ or ‘providing free things for lazy citizens’!

The Bill of Rights provides for the protection of private ownership, equality under the law, and liberty. And American ‘liberty’ is limited freedom, because our Constitutional freedom is limited to the extent that no one person’s freedom infringes upon the freedom of another American.

Today’s Republican Party has become, “A political philosophy, movement, or regime that exalts nation and often race and stands for a centralized autocratic often militaristic government”; and that is not the Grand Old Party of Abe Lincoln, Teddy Roosevelt ‘the Trust Buster’, and Earl Warren. And, it just so happens that the Webster Dictionary definition of fascism is, “A political philosophy, movement, or regime that exalts nation and often race and stands for a centralized autocratic often militaristic government”.

Today’s American government is bought and sold by virtue of the Neocon Republican U.S. Supreme Court Majority, who wrongly decided “Citizens United” which allows the wealthy Americans to buy political candidates and buy elections.

America today is governed by a plutocratic oligarchic fascist Republican Party that has bought the Congress by Gerrymandering and voter suppression.

The only thing that will save the American democratic Republic will be a revolution by the working Middle Class and Poor majority, uniting in eliminating the fascist Republican Congress and Supreme Court, by reclaiming the People’s power of the ballot and voting the present day Republicans out of office. Every revolutionary American must vote in 2016, and vote for any candidate except a Republican.

Sen. Bernie Sanders is the only Presidential candidate so far, that is calling for a democratic ‘revolution’ in America. God bless Bernie Sanders!

Today I am reading about, “University of Texas Students Prepare New Fight Against Guns—With Dildos”:

“On the first day of next fall’s semester, University of Texas at Austin students and supporters are planning to strap on sex toys in protest of the state’s new campus carry law, which goes into effect Aug. 1, 2016.

“The movement’s rallying cry, Cocks Not Glocks, went viral Sunday, and gun nuts are already getting heated on social media. The protest organizer, Jessica Jin, said she’s received death threats over the event and has alerted Austin police. . .”


“The State of Texas has decided that it is not at all obnoxious to allow deadly concealed weapons in classrooms, however it DOES have strict rules about free sexual expression, to protect your innocence,” Jin wrote on the page. “You would receive a citation for taking a DILDO to class before you would get in trouble for taking a gun to class.”

When I finally gained my composure, after reading the news, I just had to pass the word along. God bless America’s intellectual youth; I have to love Jessica Jin for her creative response to the stupidity of her elders and lawmakers.

And when I read about the Jessica Jins in America, it gives me hope for the future. America might even survive the combined threat of extremist radical Christianity, the National Rifle Association, and today’s Neocon Republican Political Party of nitwits.

Today, I am reading, “Why People Are Freaking Out Over This Gymnast’s Uniform”:

The Muslim response to the beautiful Muslim girl’s gymnast attire being immodest was no different from the ‘Holy Roller’ Christian response to what they consider nudity. I am absolutely abhorred by the American public’s opposition to women nursing their baby, in public, when the child is hungry.


Despite being a spiritual person, I am convinced that the Communist were right about one thing, “Religion is the root of all evil!” Think about it! I am certainly convinced.

It appears to me that clothing has been the subject of much too much hatred in the world, and people have actually been hated and killed because of the clothing they wore, all of which was based on some idiotic religious edict.

Further, I remember as a child attending a Christian Sunday School and seeing the picture of Adam and Eve, wondering even as a child, “What in the world happened to humanity since Adam and Eve?” Why God’s creation of sex organs wasn’t considered sacred and meaningful instead of embarrassment!

Personally, I cannot imagine “flaunting” of nudity, I can only wonder why any expression of natural nudity would be “flaunting”. I simply refuse to approve of the ‘mystery’ and ignorance of sexuality in our society; ignorance of sex to me is unforgivable and a sin.

And I have always, as a teacher, been exceedingly concerned about how the human animal grows up being totally ignorant of sex, ignorant about the body and body parts, and totally ignorant of sexual functions; ignorance to me is much more of an evil than sexuality and knowledge, and I have never understood why a caring and loving God would want human beings to be ignorant of anything.

When God is brought into the picture of nudity, I have always wondered about “why God created some people (estimated 1 in 1000) with the physical body parts of both genders, male and female; I have never heard any of those idiotic ‘men and women religious leaders’ explain God’s purpose in creating hermaphroditic human beings.

Strange that hermaphrodite human beings are never mentioned in the same context as gay and lesbian people who are in the news. Pity!

Hermaphroditic human beings have always fascinated me, and
yet no one ever wants to talk about it. “What Fools these mortals be!”

There is only one answer to America’s immigration problem and none of the politicians have even mentioned it; the American People deserve to know that their immigration problem is one created by the same people who are complaining about the immigration problem and it can be resolved.

If America had already implemented a national identification system, like other civilized nations have, there would be NO MASSIVE ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT PROBLEM. Further, the immigration problem will not be resolved until America does have a viable national identification system.

The whole problem is that the People oppose a national identification system because they think the government knowing who its citizens are and where they live is denying citizens their privacy; that is wrong for all reasons, Americans have no right to privacy by the Constitution, in fact the Constitution (Article I, section 2) provides for a census every ten years to identify their citizens and where they live (and many American people out of ignorance cheat on the census).


A national identification systems starts a record of every citizen when the citizen is born and follows them, their spouse, and their children throughout their life until they die; a record of immigrants with resident visas begin when they enter the country and ends when they leave and indicates whether or not they are entitled to employment and they, of course, cannot vote under any circumstances since only citizens vote.

In nations that have national identification systems, an employee cannot be paid legally until his proof of employability has been approved by the national identification system.

When there is an election, the national identifications system, notifies every citizen when it is time to vote, establishes the citizens right to vote, and tells the citizen where he is to vote and when.

When it is census time, the national identification system determines the census by tabulation of records and determines the distribution of Congressional Districts.

The American Government has a Constitutional power and a necessity to know who are citizens and who are not citizens but legal residents, where every resident lives, and who their spouse and children are. Today that is possible with electronic technology for record keeping; it wasn’t possible in 1787 when the Constitution was written.

Why is it that not a single politician has mentioned the necessity of a national identification system in the discussion of the immigration issue?

If Americans were smart, they would demand that their government implement a national identification system for good reason and the benefit of the United States of America and the People.

Today I read about the differences between Republican and Democratic Parties; needless to say, the vision is that the Republican Party of today is not the ‘Grand Old Party’ of Abe Lincoln, Teddy Roosevelt, and Earl Warren.

Today’s Republican Party are ‘White Supremacists’, bought out by ‘Citizens United’ and the money of John Birch Society members like the Koch brothers, and as a party, Republicans want to eliminate Public Schools and privatize education to control students minds, they want to eliminate labor unions who are the only voice of the working Middle Class and poor, they want to eliminate democracy with voter suppression and gerrymandering, and they want to use USA military superiority to wage wars of aggression for the benefit of Corporate American foreign investments and oil (PNAC); basically you could say the Republican ideology is “A political philosophy, movement, or regime that exalts nation and often race and stands for a centralized autocratic often militaristic government”.

It just so happens that the Webster Dictionary definition of ‘fascism’ is, “A political philosophy, movement, or regime that exalts nation and often race and stands for a centralized autocratic often militaristic government”.


If the shoe fits, wear it!

To join the 2016 Revolution against the fascist Republican Party of today, vote in 2016 for anyone except Republicans, but be sure to register and vote.
